ELIGIBILITY: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the date of entry. Employees of Chairish, Inc. (“Chairish”) and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Residents of jurisdictions / states that prohibit such promotions should consider this offer void.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The giveaway begins on Monday, March 10 at 12:00 am pst and ends on March 23, 2025 at 11:59 pm pst.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the giveaway, you must complete the Chairish Spring 2025 Survey during the giveaway period.
PRIZE: One lucky entrant will win a $1,000 Chairish gift card to spend on Chairish.com. The prize is not transferable, is a promotional gift card and will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
WINNER SELECTION: There will be one (1) winner chosen at random from all entrants. The winner will be notified via email at the email address used for the Chairish Spring 2025 Survey. The potential winner must respond to the Chairish prize notification email within 72 hours from the date and time of the email. In the event that the potential winner does not respond within the specified time, a new winner will be chosen randomly. The alternate winner will be contacted via email and must respond to the prize notification message within 72 hours from that date and time of the email from Chairish.
GENERAL RULES: By entering this giveaway, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules and agree to be bound by them. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility of servers, will not be eligible and Chairish has no liability for any such entries. Anyone found to be using multiple email accounts to enter will be ineligible. Chairish reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process or attempting to automate the entry process, or otherwise violate these Official Rules. Chairish further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners. The giveaway is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions for prizes except by Chairish, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, voice or likeness for publicity, advertising, or promotional purposes in any media whatsoever without further compensation or permission (except where prohibited by law), and the winner hereby release Chairish and its designees from any liability with respect to such usage. If any technical errors occur in the selection of a potential prize winner or if more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes being awarded as provided in these Official Rules, Chairish may award the prize by random drawing among all eligible claimants.
To the extent allowable under applicable law, under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Chairish be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use or misuse of the prize or participation in the giveaway, or out of any breach of any warranty. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
