Dering Hall Starts Making Improvements to Search Functionality

Portfolios like Bjork Studio (above) will now be easier and faster to find

Dering Hall has started a series of improvements on its search functionality.  The first update makes it faster than ever to source products and design professionals on the site.  Users can now find brands and products in, on average, less than 10 milliseconds. 

Additional changes include brand names are now included in all search results and multiline brands are included in search results.  This is part of a larger effort of the Dering Hall technology to improve the search experience.  

Further enhancements in the coming weeks will ultimately provide a  more accurate and faster search experience for Dering Hall members and users.   When all improvements are complete, Dering Hall will be hosting a live demonstration for members on the new functionality.  We will also be reviewing some best practices for making sure your product or portfolio is easy to find with this improved search.

We anticipate having all improvements complete by April.  Look for more information on these exciting changes in the coming week.
