In addition to all Professional seller benefits, Premium members will have discounted commission rates.

 

Premium Terms of Service

  • The Premium level of membership (the "Premium Membership") is valid in recurring monthly periods or annually depending on your plan (as indicated on your "Seller Plan" page), starting from the date of activation.  When you purchase a Premium Membership, you are subscribing to an automatically renewing subscription requiring recurring payments at the stated frequency (monthly or annually) until you cancel your membership. 

  • The Premium Membership is activated on the day that you enter a valid credit card under your Chairish account and pay the applicable fees for the Premium Membership (the "Membership Fees").

  • You may update your credit card information at any time on your "Seller Plan" page.   Your plan will automatically renew each month or each year (as indicated on your "Seller Plan" page), based on the day your Premium Membership is activated. Chairish, Inc. ("Chairish") will charge the Membership Fees (as indicated on your "Seller Plan" page) to the payment method you provide in your account unless you cancel your Premium Membership from your "Seller Plan" page, such cancellation will be effective at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

  • You authorize us to charge your first membership fee and any applicable taxes on or after the date you purchase your membership. Your subscription will automatically continue at the selected interval, and you will continue to be charged at the stated price (including any applicable taxes), unless prior to the end of the current subscription period: (a) you cancel your membership; or (b) we decline to renew your membership.  Please note, we may change membership terms or fees at any time on a go forward basis in our sole discretion.

  • The Membership Fees are nonrefundable, and there are no partial refunds given if you cancel your Premium Membership in the middle of a month or year.

  • You can cancel the next billing cycle at any time.  You can cancel your membership at any time by going to the "Seller Plan" section of the seller dashboard in your Chairish online account.  Click the button that reads "Modify Plan" to change or cancel your membership plan.  When you enter that module, you will be able to change the length of your membership (from monthly to annual or vice versa), change the membership level, deactivate your membership plan, or change or update your payment information.  To cancel membership, simply click "Deactivate my Current Paid Plan" at the bottom of the page and confirm the cancellation.

  • Your Premium Membership may not be transferred, exchanged or resold. Chairish reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Premium Membership that is used fraudulently. 

  • Chairish reserves the right to end the Premium Membership and any other membership offering at any time for any reason.

  • Your Premium Membership will automatically terminate if you have not provided a valid credit card on the date your Membership Fees are due.

The Premium Membership and your use of Chairish’s services are at all times subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
