MESSAGES FROM CHAIRISH

Chairish will not ask you to link offsite or ask for personal information in Chairish Messaging. If someone claims to be a Chairish employee and is asking to click on a link or asking for personal, financial, or contact information, mark the message as spam and don't reply.

chairish is working on your behalf

Chairish is always engaged in preventing scammers from targeting our dealer community. If you receive a suspicious message, always be cautious.

Scammers often create multiple accounts on Chairish and send the same message to several dealers.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU SUSPECT SPAM

If you receive a suspicious message, flag the message as spam. Do not respond to the message. Responding might prolong the exchange with the scammer. Flagging the message as spam will ensure they are blocked from the site and our engineering team will address the issue directly.

HOW TO TELL IF A MESSAGE IS FROM CHAIRISH

If Chairish enters a conversation in Chairish Messaging, an official logo with the phrase “Chairish has joined the conversation” will appear in the messages. If you do not see that, and a buyer is claiming to be from Chairish, you will know this is not legitimate and can flag the message as spam.
